Wheel Repair Steps

• We start by applying the polishing process to get your wheels free of all dirt and roughness.
• Detected damaged areas are covered with a thin primer coat.
• Primed wheels are cleaned of dust and residues by wet sanding.
• Then, your wheels, which are wiped with cleaning thinner and finished with a wax cloth, are ready to be painted in the color you want.
• The wheels are painted in the desired color on the first coat and dried.
• Then the second coat of paint is applied. The important thing here is that the paint penetrates the rim equally on each coat. Otherwise, your paint may spill.
• After our second coat of paint has dried, we can move on to the varnish coating phase. Here, we use special UHS varnish to make the paints more permanent, durable and bright.

Alloy Wheel Repair

Your damaged rim is repaired using heating and welding methods. The damaged area is first heated and welded according to the damage. Then your rim is bent and restored. In addition, our repair service is guaranteed for life against paint peeling and spillage.

CNC (Diamond Cut) Wheel Repair

CNC Wheel Repair process is the process of removing all kinds of scratches, roughness and other damages on the wheel surface with the help of a special CNC machine. As a result of this process, your rim is covered with varnish and left to dry.
