Rim Painting Steps

Your wheels are out of the bathroom. Now we move on to painting your rims. Depending on your preference and paint choice, your wheels are treated with powder or wet paint in our special ventilated paint rooms.

Rim Painting Steps Subjected to Physical Impact

First, the roughness on your rim is carefully cleaned and polished.
A thin primer coat is applied to the detected damaged areas.
Primed rims are cleaned of dust and residues by wet sanding.
Then, your wheels, which are wiped with cleaning thinner and finished with a wax cloth, are ready to be painted in the color you want.

How many layers of paint are used in the Rim Painting process?

The rims cannot lift much coat depending on the structure and the usage environment and your paint starts to fall off.

Wheels are painted in the desired color on the first layer and dried.
The second coat of paint is then applied. The important thing here is that the paint penetrates the rim equally on each coat. Otherwise, your paint may spill.
